In preparation for the Potsdam Spring Dialogues 2019 on "Peace and Security in Africa. Pathways to more regional ownership" we were able to do a written interview with Dr Cyriaque P. Agnekethom, Director of Peacekeeping and Regional Security of the ECOWAS Commission. Main topics were the challenge of coordinating African regional organizations and the role of international partners in regional crisis management, for example in the Sahel region.
