The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is universal, which means it has to be fully implemented in Europe too. The Agenda touches on most of the relevant topics to achieve a better world for everyone including the protection of the planet. More than any other agenda, it stresses the necessity to achieve coherence in policymaking. Is the EU ready for this agenda with its potential to provoke a paradigm shift in the concept of development?
