Millions of people marched on the street in support of better climate protection and more sustainable ways of living and doing business this year. Many other still do not believe in the need of a fundamental transformation. Persuading people and organisations, then, is still a key task in embedding the SDGs at local and regional level.
How can local projects and initiatives maximize the support of local citizens? What kind of new democratic procedures are needed in this regard? And what is the right way of partnering with business actors to bring about change?
